How is my food kept fresh during delivery?

All orders are packed in specially designed, insulated boxes with chilled gel packs to ensure your meals stay at the correct temperature for up to 24 hours after leaving our kitchen.

What are your delivery days and charges?

We deliver 7 days a week across most of the UK mainland. Delivery is free on all orders over £80, while a standard delivery fee of £4.95 applies to orders below this amount.

Do I need to be home to receive my order?

No, you do not need to be home. You can provide specific 'leave in a safe place' instructions during checkout, and our courier will leave the insulated box in your designated spot.

How long will the food last once it arrives?

Most of our chilled dishes have a shelf life of 2-3 days from the date of delivery. Each individual item will be clearly labeled with a specific 'use by' date and storage instructions.

Can I freeze the meals if I don't want to eat them immediately?

Many of our dishes are suitable for freezing. Please check the specific product packaging for the 'suitable for freezing' icon and follow the defrosting instructions before reheating.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

If any items are missing or damaged, please contact our guest relations team within 24 hours of delivery. We will be happy to arrange a refund or a replacement for your next order.
